Boulder HighLights
Boulder HighLights is a monthly Boulder High parent newsletter. All parents receive an automatic electronic subscription to Boulder HighLights when their child enrolls at Boulder High School and they provide an email address to Boulder High. For families without internet access, limited quantities of HighLights will be printed and available at the school for pick up.

This year your monthly HighLights
Parents’ Newsletter will be distributed electronically instead of being printed and
mailed to your home. Delivery will be simple. Each month when HighLights is ready,
you will receive an email notification with a link that will take you to a pdf of the
newsletter. The monthly newsletter will also be posted on this site.
There are several benefits to receiving HighLights electronically:
1. More money for students. Almost half of the annual PAC budget has traditionally been spent on
printing and mailing Highlights. Going electronic will almost double the budget available for programs
for your students next year.
2. Electronic distribution is green. Printing HighLights has required 100,000 pieces of paper annually.
3. More content. Each month, we edit and select content to reduce the size of the printed newsletter to
save on both printing and postage. Going electronic will allow us to include even more of the great
information you’ve come to rely on HighLights to provide.
For families without internet access, limited quantities of HighLights will be printed and available
at the school for pick up. We’re excited about the advantages of electronic HighLights distribution
and are looking forward to an even better, greener school year!
